Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out some of the potato flesh, leaving a border.
  6. Mix the scooped potato with cheese, bacon, green onions, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  7. Fill the potato halves with the mixture.
  8. Return the loaded potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. Serve warm.
