Instructions
- Mix your sourdough discard, flour, oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead your dough on a floured surface for five minutes.
- Cover your dough and let it rest for thirty minutes.
- Divide your dough into eight equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin circle.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each tortilla for one minute per side until brown spots appear.
Notes
- Use room temperature discard for easier mixing.
- Store your leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat your tortillas in a pan to keep them soft.
