Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and diced bell peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, broth, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
