Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and mustard on another, if desired.
- Layer roast beef, turkey, and Swiss cheese between the slices to form a sandwich.
- Dip the sandwich carefully into the egg mixture, coating both sides lightly.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
