Craving a hearty meal? Make juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes in one skillet! Tender steak, crispy potatoes, rich garlic herb butter!
Ingredients
– 2 pounds cubed sirloin or NY strip steak – 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced – 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon browning sauce (optional) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened – 2 tablespoons minced garlic – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped – 1 teaspoon salt – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 2 teaspoons onion powder – 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoons paprika – Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix seasoning spices and set aside. 2. Make garlic herb butter by mixing softened butter, garlic, and herbs. 3. Toss steak with Worcestershire sauce, browning sauce, and half the spice mix. 4. Parboil potatoes for 5-6 minutes, drain, season with remaining spices and oil. 5. Sear steak bites in hot skillet until browned, set aside. 6. Cook potatoes in the same skillet until crispy and tender. 7. Add steak back, stir in garlic butter, coat well. 8. Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispy potatoes, soak them in water for 20 minutes before cooking. Swap steak for chicken or shrimp for variety!
