Instructions
- Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin until about 1/8-inch thick.

- Dip each roll in the egg mixture, coating completely but quickly.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook roll-ups until golden brown on all sides, about 1–2 minutes per side.
- Immediately roll cooked roll-ups in the cinnamon sugar topping.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
