- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook ground sausage in a skillet over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into small pieces until browned. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
