Instructions
- Slice the croissants horizontally and lightly toast them in the oven or toaster for 3–4 minutes until slightly crisp.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and scramble the eggs until fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook or reheat turkey sausage patties according to package directions until fully warmed through.
- Assemble each sandwich by layering one sausage patty, scrambled egg, and a slice of cheese inside each croissant.
- Optional: Add spinach, tomato, or avocado to enhance flavor and texture.
- Wrap sandwiches in foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is warm.
