- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage

- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken cubes and coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- In serving bowls, add rice as the base and top with cabbage, carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
- Place the cooked chicken on top of the veggies.
- Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for meal prep.
