- 1 (16 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (16 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 12 oz crushed peanuts or chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Spread over the chilled crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese layer.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple evenly on top.
- Spread the thawed whipped topping over the fruit layer.
- Top with maraschino cherries and sprinkle with crushed peanuts or walnuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas to avoid mushiness.
- Thoroughly drain pineapple to prevent a soggy texture.
- Assemble the dessert a day ahead for better flavor and easy slicing.
