My love for cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I spent countless hours watching her prepare traditional Polish dishes—pierogi, bigos, żurek, and cheesecake. The aromas, the flavors, and the love she poured into every dish left a lasting mark on me. That’s when I learned that food can connect people, tell stories, and create unforgettable memories.

After years of cooking for family and friends, I turned my passion into a profession. I graduated from culinary school and worked in kitchens across Poland and abroad.
